Shrink Sleeve

A Shrink Sleeve, also known as Heat Shrink Sleeve or Heat Shrink Tubing, is a protective covering designed to insulate, seal, and reinforce electrical connections, joints, and components. Made from high-quality polyolefin, PVC, or elastomeric materials, shrink sleeves provide excellent resistance to moisture, corrosion, chemicals, and mechanical damage.

These sleeves shrink when heated, creating a tight and secure fit around cables, wires, terminals, or busbars, ensuring long-lasting electrical insulation and mechanical protection.

Types of Shrink Sleeves

1. Heat Shrink Sleeve

Shrinks when exposed to heat, ensuring a tight fit.
✔ Provides electrical insulation and mechanical protection.
✔ Available in single-wall and dual-wall (adhesive-lined) variants.

2. Cold Shrink Sleeve

✔ Made from pre-stretched elastic material, requiring no heat for installation.
✔ Commonly used for high-voltage applications and telecom cables.
✔ Provides waterproof and durable sealing.

3. Dual-Wall (Adhesive-Lined) Heat Shrink Sleeve

✔ Features an inner adhesive layer that melts and bonds during shrinking.
✔ Ensures superior sealing against moisture and environmental exposure.
✔ Ideal for outdoor and underground electrical connections.

4. Busbar Heat Shrink Sleeve

✔ Specifically designed for copper and aluminum busbars.
✔ Provides dielectric insulation and protects against short circuits.
✔ Available in various colors for phase identification.
