We manufacture and supply chemical earthing electrodes, copper busbars and lightning protection equipment out of Surat. Started in 2013 as a small operation — these days most of our work comes from contractors and industrial clients who’ve used us before and just call us again for the next site.

MATERIAL
Same stock we'd use ourselves
The copper and GI we use in a client order is the same we’d use on our own site. We don’t quietly swap in a thinner gauge to save on a quote.

Rocky patches, sandy coastal ground, black cotton soil inland — thirteen years in, there aren’t many soil conditions we’re seeing for the first time.
ATTENTION
Small jobs get checked as carefully as big ones
A single residential earthing pit gets the same testing as a fifty-electrode industrial job. That’s just how we run it, not a line for the website.
Difficult Ground
Earthing in high-resistivity soil
Not all soil grounds equally well. Rocky and sandy ground has high resistivity, which means a standard electrode on its own often won’t get you the earth resistance value the site actually needs.
For sites like that, we pack backfill compound around the electrode to bring resistance down. It’s useful in rocky terrain, where you can’t drive a rod as deep as you’d like, or where there just isn’t room for a conventional grounding layout.
It's not a fix for everything, but it's saved more than one site from an expensive re-dig.
